I booked Lucy only a week before I went on holiday for a short break but she came round straight away to confirm details and gave me reassurance that Tara would be well looked after. Whilst I was away I realized that I wouldn't be back until late on my return so I contacted Lucy to see if she could do a late call which she did and that eased my mind that Tara wouldn't be left to long without food. On my return litter boxes were clean and Tara looked happy and healthy normally she pines and looks unkempt. Normally family look after Tara and she goes to them but having Lucy coming in meant she could stay at home and was happier. It allowed me to enjoy my holiday without worrying about her. Lucy is also easy going and approachable and professional.

We booked our holiday a year ago and in that time our precious princess developed some medical problems, which come with age. This almost led to us cancelling altogether but we found Lucy and thought we'd try her service. I'm so glad we did! our baby is a very shy rescue cat who now needs daily medication and Lucy has been able to care for her with great skill, experience and kindness. We got updates after each visit and at least daily pictures and/or videos. It made separation from our baby much more manageable and put my extremely anxious mind at rest. We all highly recommend Lucy (including our princess) and thanks again.

I highly recommend lucy. For cat sitting. I contacted Lucy at very short notice and was very pleased and relieved to discover that she was able to accommodate me with looking after my seven cats. With daily updates. The first time I met Lucy ,I just knew she was the one to take care of my cats . I found Lucy to be very friendly approachable and professional . Lucy took great care of my cats for five days, and on my return all 7 cats seemed content and happy . I would definitely recommend Lucy and will certainly be using her services again very soon . We'll done Lucy!!

We went away stress free knowing Jess our cat was in safe hands. First time using Lucy and would definitely use her again.

Daily updates made us able to relax knowing Jess was being looked after.

Absolutely over the moon with the service and care Lucy provided my little fluff ball. My cat is quite nervy and as soon as Lucy initially visited to meet Molly and myself she was instantly accepted. i worried about leaving my kitten for the first time as he is very rarely alone. However i needn't have worried Lucy took great care of him. From the visit to meet him and the house, prior to going away, to her daily messages and photos sent when we were away it gave me a calmness all was good. When we came home he was happy to see us and chatty, but didn't ignore us. I will definitely be booking her in for our next holiday. Thank you Lucy x

Thank you Lucy for looking after my 3 wonderful cats while we went away for 10 days. I came home to 3 very happy cats and a wonderfully clean and tidy house. I really appreciate everything you did.

Lucy messaged me twice a day while I was away with updates about my cats. I found this really helpful and it gave me a lot of reassurance that they had all come in at night and were safe.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lucy. She looked after our cat while we were away for a long weekend - this was the first time we’ve been away since moving to Thanet two years ago. She did a beautiful job, sent regular updates to reassure us and our cat was really happy when we came back. It was a relief to know he’d been taken care of and we would definitely ask Lucy to cat sit the next time we are away.

Professional and caring homecare for cats. Lucy's daily updates are reassuring and appreciated. She was also kind enough to water the garden to keep the plants alive. Our cat was much happier at home and didn't even give us the cold shoulder when we returned.

Lucy took fantastic care of our two furr babies for a week over the Easter holidays. She visited before we went away to go through their needs in a great amount of detail and they were very well looked after. Lucy sent daily updates and even a little video clip which we loved!! Lucy looked after my Angel for the second time from 13th - 20th August. Her commitment and love of the cats in her care is admirable, daily texts again so that I knew all was well and Lucy even checked with me that my neighbour, who took over looking after Angel on 21st August had been I touch with me so that she knew all was well. Just returned from holiday and our cat is happy being his usual snooty self; pretending he didn't care that we left him for the week (hoping that we buy the more expensive cat food in return) . We really appreciated the daily WhatsApp messages from Lucy and trusted her completely (she even had to deal with a mouse that wasn't going to see another day). We wouldn't hesitate in recommending her services.

Lucy is great! She watched my cat Franklin a couple weeks ago and although he is shy at first Lucy’s cat whispering abilities got him out in no time to say hi during feeding time. She even checks in after each visit with a little update.

Lucy looked after our new rescue cat Gloria on our first long weekend away, so the stakes were high as we were nervous about leaving Gloria for a few days. But we had no reason to be nervous as Lucy was wonderful - calm, patient and kind, and won Gloria over by day 2. She kept us really well updated on how Gloria was doing and did a few house-sitting bits as well, like turning lights on and off and opening and closing blinds. We couldnt recommend Lucy more - professional, caring and accommodating. And Gloria seemed happy too! Thank you Lucy - you’ve definitely found some repeat customers.

I asked Lucy to look after my cat for a week whilst on holiday. She's just lovely, and came and met him before her visits. I then got another cat which was no problem to her at all. Lucy sent me daily updates on how they were, which was much appreciated and nothing was to much trouble. My cats are more than happy. Lucy is outstanding in her attention to detail in her care of cats. I have just returned after a spell away leaving my beautiful Siamese boy to Lucy. He has often come home with an injury and Lucy was ready to keep him in and deal with litter if necessary, Contacting the vet if serious. I trust her completely. She has updated me after visiting with a photo or two mid-week. His dishes are spotless and he is well and happy. If you want peace of mind for your cat while you are away, you will be wise to contact Lucy. She is wonderful.
