Really impressed with The Cat Lady. We had a family emergency and she came at short notice and looked after our fella while we were away. Great to have that peace of mind.

Lucy provided an exceptional service and immediately put us at ease. Her communication was excellent from start to finish; she was understanding of my concerns about leaving our beloved cat for an extended period and consistently reassured us with regular updates, photos, and videos. This not only reassured me but also brought great comfort and happiness to my children, who loved seeing him settled and content.
Lucy was highly professional, taking the time to visit beforehand to meet him, understand his routine, and familiarise herself with where everything was kept. Her thorough and caring approach made a significant difference.

We cannot thank Lucy enough for looking after our cats for two weeks,we went unexpectedly from 2 to 5 cats and Lucy did an amazing job and worked so hard we are so impressed and would recommend 100%.

I can’t say enough good things about Lucy! From the start, communication was excellent—she was punctual, friendly, and clearly loves animals. My cat Cosmo, who can be shy around new people, warmed up to her right away. I received regular video and message updates every day, which was so reassuring. When I came home, my cat’s food, litter, and water were all well taken care of, and my house was spotless. I’ll definitely be booking Lucy again for my next trip!

Lucy was fabulous with out 2 girls, it was the first time we’ve left them properly. However we really felt at ease with how they were being looked after with regular updates and when checking our cat cam, they seemed very chilled out. Lucy really help us enjoy our time away and not stress about if the girls were stressed and unhappy. Will definitely be using again.

I have never had to leave our cat before so I was more than anxious. Lucy was recommended to me a couple of years ago just in case I ever needed someone . I’m so so happy I kept the details . Lucy is absolutely lovely and her love for cats is so obvious. Lucy has really looked after our little girl so well . I was updated daily and sometimes with photos or a video . I hadnt expected that so it was a lovely surprise and very reassuring.
I can’t recommend Lucy’s cat sitting services enough . So lovely that our cat was able to stay in her own home .
The fees for this service are amazingly reasonable to the point I would rather call upon Lucy for odd days/weekends through the year instead of friends and family members . It’s very affordable. Totally excellent service .

Lucy looked after my 2 cats whilst we was away 1 being awkward , she was brilliant regularly updates , I can’t say how great it was to not have to worry about them I felt completely at ease knowing they were in good hands , this was the first time we have used Lucy and are booking up our year dates in advance , great service , and great price 😺

Lucy recently looked after my old, bitey cat while I was on holiday. It was my first time using a cat-sitting service and after much research, she looked like the best option. She came over before I left to meet the cat and get details, etc. and everything went very smoothly. She sent me daily updates, with photos, so I knew everything was going well. Highly recommended - I've already re-booked for the Christmas break! Thanks again, Tom.
