Lucy took wonderful care of our kitty, Tabs, over a long weekend. Tabs is a senior cat and has been scared and anxious after an international move, but I felt confident and at peace leaving her in Lucy's capable hands. We have had Lucy to look after our 4 fur babies multiple times in the past and again for 10 days this November. She yet again provided excellent care to them, sending reassuring messages twice a day and tending to their needs with her wonderful caring manner. She even cleaned up accidents and arranged our post for us in the kitchen. I cannot recommend her highly enough for her outstanding service and geniunely caring nature. If you want your furries looked after by someone who goes above and beyond, then this is the lady for you.

I was more than delighted with the wonderful service which Lucy provided recently when my partner and I went on holiday for 10 days and entrusted our two cats, Smudge and Smidgen to her care. We had previously asked friends or family members to look after them when we went away but none were available for these particular dates. We found Lucy online but were unable to meet up with her until the day before we went on holiday. Nevertheless I was immediately reassured by her friendly, confident manner, her experience and her love of cats. I was not disappointed. She sent me a text message once if not twice a day advising us that all was well and I will happily contact her again next time we go away. Her charges are also very reasonable and she will water plants, draw curtains etc in addition to her cat-sitting services.

I'm so happy to have found Lucy; as is my beloved Tortie, Fang.
Lucy kept me updated on Fang's well-being & general condition after every visit. Fang can be quite shy with new people, but just a couple of days saw her relaxing & settling down due to Lucy's wonderful kindness & attentiveness.
I can't recommend her highly enough & I'm certain Fang will be positively looking forward to the next time!

Thank you so much Lucy for looking after Loki and Locksley so wonderfully. Lucy is very friendly and clearly attentive to all the cat's needs. She visited us first to meet the cats and take all the details of their eating, toileting and caring habits. The reguar updates whilst we were away were really appreciated and we came home to happy, healthy cats. I'd thoroughly recommend Lucy.

We booked Lucy and oh my goodnes, she is the most nicest and lovimg person ever, I was so worried bout leavjng my cats but she messaged me day and night of how they were, I would recommend her a million times over, think she did fall in love with my little dave thou, thanku Lucy love me and pops, jet and dave xxx

I was worried about leaving Margo at home while we were away, as we’ve never left her for long period of time (or overnight) since we adopted her two years ago. Having read the positive reviews for Lucy, I contacted her and was reassured from her first response.
Lucy visited us at home to meet Margo and took careful notes about Margo’s preferences.
While we were away, we received messages twice a day - which were so reassuring, Margo was happy to see us when we got home and Lucy checked in again to see if she was ok.
I would highly recommend Lucy and will definitely book her again in the future!

I cannot recommend Lucy highly enough, she's reliable, professional, keeps you updated and genuinely cares for your cats rather than just feeding and cleaning. The regular updates are wonderful, and my cats were very relaxed when I got home. I will certainly be booking Lucy for all my holidays in the future, as I know I can relax in the knowledge that Lucy is the perfect 'substitute mum'.

Lucy was extremely organised and reliable and clearly loves cats. Her visit before we went away meant she had all the information she needed to look after our precious Albie! She provided us with regular text updates which was reassuring. Albie seemed absolutely fine when we returned home. It was great to have such an experienced cat sitter as was unfazed at having to rescue a live mouse that Albie had brought in! I would highly recommend Lucy’s services. 😺
